Carol Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare leadership to her service on Findlay City Council, representing the 3rd Ward. She has worked in a variety of roles supporting children and families, including program leadership and nonprofit service. Carol is committed to listening to residents, supporting public safety, and helping connect individuals and families with existing community resources. She and her husband, Tony, moved to Findlay to raise their family and remain active in the community they are proud to call home.
