The City of Findlay is proposing to revise Chapter 767 of the Codified Ordinances as it relates to Mobile Food Units/food trucks. Below is the proposed ordinance. The portion of the ordinance relating to Mobile Food Units/food trucks is 767.05. This affects the application process and fee for Mobile Food Units/food trucks starting in 2025.

The ordinance is up for its second of three readings before Council at its meeting on December 17, 2024, at 6pm in Council Chambers.  Council meetings are also livestreamed on the City's YouTube Channel:  Findlay Ohio.
